How to delete your account

• Use the account deletion option in the profile section of the app.
• If you cannot access the app, email support@calosee.com or info@calosee.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request".

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile
• Your health information, blood values and uploaded test images
• Your meals, weight and measurement records, steps, streak and meal plan
• Your photos and dietitian notes
• Your dietitian connection

Timing and exceptions

Your request is processed within 30 days. Where a legal obligation requires it, only that data is kept for the required period. Account deletion cannot be undone.
